Confessing Your Sin

God says in his word, “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us of our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” 1John 1:9 That means the ways in which we live. God wants to draw close to you and bring healing, but its sin as well as shame and guilt that keeps us away from him. Some sin we are not even aware of, but there is some that is so apparent. If you ask God he will show you. He will make it so that you can see it. He won’t hide it from you.

I remember a time when things would happen and anger would rise up within me and I would lash out. I knew that God wanted me to confess it and get rid of it. Ask the Lord and he will reveal it to you?

We all want freedom and nothing keeping us back from being free. Confess your sins and also ask God to show you. Even the sin that you are not even aware of.

Repentance brings healing. Confessing of our sin draws us close to God. This is a constant. Remember God wants to bring healing to you and set your free.

God designed us to feel remorse over sin in order to produce repentance that leads to victory. This leaves us with no regrets. But the sorrow of the world works death. 2 Corinthians 7:10
